FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – November 5, 2003.
Highrise supports those men that support women with breast cancer!
Highrise Magazine, the only publication for the modern day ‘Renaissance Man’ will launch its premiere issue across Canada February 9, 2004.
Catwalk Cure and Highrise Magazine have partnered together for an exclusive evening of entertainment for gentlemen only. The 3rd Annual CatWalk Cure Charity Gala will be held at the York Event Theatre on Thursday February 26, 2004. The event will feature exquisite cuisine prepared by Toronto’s finest chefs, superior wines, fabulous entertainment and a dazzling fashion show. As a sponsor Highrise will promote CatWalk Cure within its February issue, will provide over 700 copies of Highrise (as attendee gifts) and will donate a number of subscriptions to the event.
“We are very proud to sponsor to such a dignified cause. Most of us have or will be touched by cancer at some point in our lives, I lost my mother to breast cancer when I was 15 years old. This event not only gives back to the gentlemen who have supported their wives, their sisters, their mothers… but it also raises an incredible amount of needed funding for research,” states Dylan Crawshaw Co-Founder of Highrise.
Catwalk Cure is about helping women with breast cancer – by celebrating all the men who support them. The funds raised will go to The Judy Mantella Memorial Fund for the breast cancer program at Sunnybrook and Women's College Health Sciences Centre. For further information or to purchase tickets go to www.catwalkcure.com or call 416-741-7803.
